Actor Robert Redford Expresses His Grief Over the Death of His Son James

James Redford, Robert Redford’s son, went suddenly at age 58. They came across The Redford Centre, which, according to their website, uses impact-driven movies and climate justice, solutions, and repair.

Throughout Jamie’s career, James has produced and directed numerous movies, including The Big Picture: Rethinking Dyslexia. The prestigious documentaries Mann v. Ford, Toxic Hot Seat, and Watershed.

He had liver cancer in his bile ducts, which caused his death. He underwent two transplant surgeries and established the James Redford Institute for Transplant Awareness, a nonprofit that promotes organ and tissue donation.

His wife Kylie said he led a great life and was a man many people loved on Twitter on his passing. The people closest to him will miss him. They had two children that they got to raise together, had a family, and were married for 32 years. They are their greatest blessing.

According to the dad’s spokeswoman Cindi Berge, the family is going through a difficult moment, and they need privacy. A child’s death is an unimaginable loss. He was a devoted son, a loving father, and a wonderful husband to his wife. He also showed love to his family.

He created a career out of what he loved doing. He had health problems that dated back to his early years. A rare autoimmune condition that damages the liver, known as Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis, was identified in him. His liver caused him to pass away.

In their obituaries, other famous persons noted that he was one of many children who had left this earth and his people. On Twitter, Kiefer Sutherland praised him as a good man and a wonderful person.
