According to their arrest affidavit, a 7-year-old girl was coerced into “sexual actions that she did not wish to undertake,” leading to the arrest of a firefighter and his wife, Argelio Pupo, 32, and Morgan Keene, 27.

In Kissimmee, Florida, the incident was reported to the authorities after a small child told a babysitter that Argelio had handled her improperly while Morgan was watching. According to the Orlando Sentinel, the girl was allegedly raped by the firefighter, following which the couple allegedly used a sewing kit to stitch up the young girl’s injury.

“The victim claimed that they were trying to educate her on how to have a baby,” the affidavit continued.

Morgan was said to have been in the bedroom when her husband raped the girl, and she assisted in the blood cleanup. According to The Sun, the arrest report claimed, “The victim stated [Keene] was present when this incident occurred and assisted in cleaning up the blood before eventually asking the victim to go shower and go to bed.”

After going through communications made by Morgan to another buddy who works as an obstetrics nurse, investigators discovered that the girl’s injury had been stitched up. Morgan’s buddy believed she was inquiring about her own “vaginal tear,” and she urged Morgan to see a doctor. On the other hand, Morgan informed the friend that Argelio had taken care of the stitches.

Morgan replied, “Nope lolololol,” when a friend asked if they used lidocaine as an anesthetic.

According to Spectrum News, the child became disturbed after the abuse and confided in someone while crying from beneath a table.

Morgan informed cops that she had been subjected to “physical and mental abuse” and wanted her firefighter husband out of the house when the police intervened. Morgan claims that Argelio attacked her with an ice bag throughout October, leaving her with a black eye and partial eyesight loss.

Morgan stated to police she was two weeks pregnant when she was detained and that Argelio had kicked her in the ribs when she told him about her pregnancy on November 4.

According to the police report, “Morgan indicated that her spouse has put her in emotional fear and despair of her life.”

Argelio was charged with capital sexual battery of a kid under the age of 12 and aggravated child abuse. In contrast, Morgan was charged with capital sexual battery of a child under the age of 12 and neglect of a child with serious bodily harm.

Assistant Kissimmee Manager Austin D. Blake said that after fire department officials learned of the allegations against the firefighter, “The Kissimmee Fire Department has relieved Argelio Pupo of his position and placed him on administrative leave without pay pending an administrative review of his case and criminal charges. We won’t be able to provide any more information about his status because we’re currently investigating his case.”
